We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, association role, billing details, and anything you submit through forms, messages, or uploads inside Apropty.com.
We also collect technical data automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with the product. This helps us keep the service reliable and improve what is not working.
We use your information to operate the platform, authenticate you, process payments, deliver notifications, provide support, and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers for retargeting.
We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run the platform — cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processors, and analytics — under contracts that restrict their use of your data.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. If ownership changes, we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, additional rights apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. We honor verified requests within the time frames those laws require.
Apropty.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under appropriate safeguards.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. If the changes are material, we will notify account administrators by email or through an in-app notice before they take effect.
